Abstract:
A front fork (1) is provided with: a fork body (2) comprising a tube member (3) that includes a vehicle body-side tube (3a) and an axle-side tube (3b), and a suspension spring (4) that biases the tube member (3) in a stretching direction; a cap (5) which has a cylindrical part (5a) and a lid part (5b) connected to the outer circumference of the cylindrical part (5a) and which seals an opening end of the vehicle body-side tube (3a); a washer (6) which supports the upper end of the suspension spring (4); an adjuster (7) which comprises a shaft part (7a) to be screwed together with the washer (6), a flange part (7b) provided to the rear end of the shaft part (7a), and an operating shaft part 7c extending from a side, opposite to the shaft part side, of the flange part (7b) and which is rotatably inserted into the cylindrical part 5a; and a stopper member (8) which is mounted on the inner circumference of the cylindrical part (5a) and prevents the adjuster (7) from falling off the cap (5).
