Abstract:
A cleaning vehicle (100, 200) for cleaning a surface (12) of an object (10) includes first and second carriages (102, 104, 210, 212) that define a frame. The vehicle (100, 200) also includes first and second wheels (108, 110) coupled to the first and second carriages (102, 104, 210, 212) to form a drive assembly and at least one motor (250) is operatively coupled to at least one of the first and second wheels (108, 110). A cleaning element (114) extends between and is supported by the first and second carriages (102, 104, 210, 212) at a location forward of the first and second wheels (108, 110). The vehicle (100, 200) also includes third and fourth wheels (116, 118). The third wheel (116) is adjustably mounted relative to the first wheel (108). The third and fourth wheels (116, 118) are configured such that the object (10) is received between the third and fourth wheels (116, 118) and the respective first and second carriages (102, 104, 210, 212).
