Abstract:

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a front panel for a TN liquid crystal panel capable of suppressing color unevenness caused by retardation in a polycarbonate resin sheet, even when the liquid crystal panel is viewed through polarized glasses or 3D liquid crystal shutter glasses and whilst maintaining excellent shock resistance, heat resistance and transparency. Specifically provided as the solution to said problem is a front panel (1) for a TN liquid crystal panel comprising the polycarbonate resin sheet (10), wherein the direction of the slow axis (X) or the fast axis (Y) in the polycarbonate resin sheet (10) is slanted at 45° to the vertical direction (L) of the liquid crystal panel.
