Abstract:
A front-and-rear wheel balance scooter using an inertia flywheel structure, comprising a frame (1), front and rear wheels (2, 3) on the frame, an inertia flywheel structure (6), and a control system. The control system comprises an MCU, a motor driver, and a sensor. The sensor is used for acquiring a body posture parameter and a flywheel state parameter of the balance scooter. The MCU deduces a tilting torque of the system in real time according to the data transmitted by the sensor and outputs a control instruction to the motor driver. The motor driver executes the control instruction of the MCU to drive a motor (12) in the inertia flywheel structure to act on an inertia flywheel to generate a reverse torque having a specific direction and size, thereby enabling a scooter body to be self-balanced. Any number of inertia flywheel structures can be mounted. The balance scooter overcomes the defect in machining precision and high rotational speed of the mechanical structure performance caused by a torque gyro mode; and because the flywheel has low rotational speed, the requirements on the strength and assembly precision of a mechanical structure are low, and the rotation and noise during operation are easy to control.
