Abstract:
A front-stage drive module for an analog-to-digital converter and an analog-to-digital conversion device. The front-stage drive module for an analog-to-digital converter comprises a sampling capacitor (Cs), a first auxiliary drive circuit (100), a second auxiliary drive circuit (200), a controller (U1), and a reset module (300). The reset module (300) performs, upon receiving a reset control signal, a reset operation on the sampling capacitor (Cs). The first auxiliary drive circuit (100) amplifies, upon receiving a sampling control signal, an input analog signal, and outputs a result to the sampling capacitor (Cs) to perform sampling. The controller (U1) outputs a pre-sampling control signal before outputting the sampling control signal, controls the second auxiliary drive circuit (200) to amplify the input analog signal and outputs a result to the sampling capacitor (Cs) for pre-sampling, and then outputs, when a charging voltage of the sampling capacitor (Cs) reaches a preset voltage value during the pre-sampling, the sampling control signal. In this way, the invention solves the technical problem in which existing front-stage drive modules for an analog-to-digital converter consume an excessive power to drive the analog-to-digital converter.
