Provided is a front table device 32 for a press brake that enables a workpiece W to be appropriately positioned in a depth direction relative to a lower mold 14 while achieving a reduction in the cost required to attach the front table device 32 to the front-surface side of a lower frame 20. In this front table device for a press brake, a guide member 34 extending in the length direction is attached to an attachment part 20a on the front surface of the lower frame 20. A slide member 38 is provided to the guide member 34 so as to be capable of moving in the length direction, and an adjustment bar 44 is provided in a support hole 42h of a support block 42 of the slide member 38 so as to be capable of rising and falling and also capable of rotating. A support table 62 is provided to the upper side of the adjustment bar 44 with a support plate 50, an attachment plate 58, etc., interposed therebetween. The front table device 32 has a parallel adjustment mechanism 74 for adjusting a support surface of the support table 62 in parallel with the depth direction, the parallel adjustment mechanism 74 comprising four screw mechanisms 60 for parallel adjustment that are disposed at the four corners of the attachment plate 58, which is rectangular in shape.
