Abstract:
A front underfloor structure of a vehicle (EV) is provided with front deflectors (8L, 8R) positioned in front of the front tires(1L, 1R), and adjusts the flow of air that flows around the front underfloor while traveling. The front deflectors (8L, 8R) comprise: a front apex section (8a) positioned further forward on the vehicle than the position of the leading edge surface (TFR) of the front tires (1L, 1R) when straight, and disposed in a position that is closer to the vehicle center line (CL) in the vehicle width direction than the position of the inner surface (TIN) of the front tires (1L, 1R) when straight; an outer end (8c) positioned further back on the vehicle than the front apex section (8a), and disposed in a position further outside than the front apex section (8a) in the vehicle width direction; and a second flow redirection surface (8e) that connects the front apex section (8a) and the outer end (8c), and that, when struck by air traveling from the front of the vehicle, redirects the flow of the air toward the outside of the vehicle.
