Abstract:

This front underrun protector 1 mounted to a vehicle has: a front section 11 extending in the width direction of the vehicle; a rear section 12 provided closer to the rear of the vehicle in the front-rear direction of the vehicle than the front section 11; and a reinforcement member 15 affixed to the rear section 12. A recess 154 is formed in one longitudinal end of the reinforcement member 15, and a protrusion 155 is formed at the other longitudinal end of the reinforcement member 15, the protrusion 155 having an outline having the same shape as that of the recess 154 formed in the one end.
