Abstract:
A front windshield anti-collision mechanism provided with a sandwich layer having a high-strength net. The front windshield anti-collision mechanism comprises a sliding roller (12), a fixed roller (14), inner glass (6), outer glass (18), a sliding support plate (20), a spring (21), a pneumatic shock absorber (22), a reel (25), a pneumatic motor (34), a pull rope (44), and a high-strength net (45). A gap is formed between the outer glass (18) and the inner glass (6), the high-strength net (45) can slide up and down in the gap, and a pressure sensor is mounted on the outer glass (18). When an automobile normally runs, the high-strength net (45) is wound on the fixed roller (14) and the sliding roller (12). When the outer glass (18) is collided, a pressure sensing switch is turned on, the pneumatic motor (34) is started, and the reel (25) anticlockwise rotates, the high-strength net (45) is pulled to a position between the inner glass (6) and the outer glass (18), and an object is prevented from breaking through the inner glass (6). The mechanism has a simple structure; when the outer glass (18) is broken through, a splinter can be blocked by means of the high-strength net (45), the inner glass (6) is prevented from being broken, and accordingly a personal injury can be prevented, and a good practical effect is provided.
