Abstract:
This frozen dumpling has a frozen dumpling body 1 and a frozen batter liquid 2 adhered to the frozen dumpling body. At least 40% of the total weight of the adhered frozen batter liquid 2 is adhered to the outer peripheral edge of the bottom surface 14 of the dumpling body and stretches downward and toward the sides from the outer peripheral edge. Moreover, this container can suitably store this frozen dumpling. The inside of the container has a support surface for supporting the frozen dumpling body 1 at no less than 60% of the bottom surface 14 thereof and a recess for suitably storing the frozen batter liquid. The present invention also provides a packaging for a frozen dumpling that uses the container and a method for producing a frozen dumpling that uses the container.
