Abstract:
Disclosed are an FRP board and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the FRP board comprises a lower polyester carrier film (1), a composite layer (32) formed from a polyester resin (3) on the lower polyester carrier film (1) and a glass fiber reinforcement layer (2) contained in the polyester resin (3), and an upper polyester carrier film (12) located on the composite layer (32) of the polyester resin (3) and the glass fiber reinforcement layer (2), and a film stripping cloth (4) is further arranged between the composite layer (32) and the upper polyester carrier film (12). In the present FRP board, the film stripping cloth (4) is additionally arranged between the composite layer and the upper polyester carrier film, and when in use, the upper polyester carrier film (12) and the film stripping cloth (4) are torn off together so that the surface of the composite layer is rough, improving the adhesion of the FRP board to other building materials, and extending the application range of the FRP board.
