Abstract:
Fructooligosaccharide ferment and a preparation method therefor, which produces ferment by fermenting smallanthus sonchifolius or mixtures of smallanthus sonchifolius and other fruit and/or vegetables with probiotics. The ferment prepared by said method has the characteristics of low glucose, low sucrose, and low fructose and is suitable for people with diabetes to take, also suitable for other uses for conditioning sugar metabolism, such as weight loss, and further suitable for regulating intestinal flora.
