Abstract:
This fryer heats a frying oil stored in an oil tank (1) with a heater (3) and fries food placed in the oil tank. The oil tank (1) comprises an oil tank upper part (1a) in which the heater (3) is disposed and the food is fried, and an oil tank lower part (1b) provided in the lower part of the oil tank upper part and in continuity with the oil tank upper part, wherein moisture and fry scraps released from the food in the oil tank upper part settle and collect. The heater (3) comprises side part heaters (3b) partitioning the interior of the oil tank upper part (1a) into one or a plurality of cooking regions (5) while surrounding each of the cooking regions (5), and lower part heaters (3a) provided at the bottom portion of each of the cooking regions (5).
