Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fryer having a ceramic filter is prevented from clogging by means of a standing wave and comprising a filter apparatus in which contaminant pieces coagulate inside the ceramic filter. In a fryer in which oil filtered by means of a filtering apparatus (30) is supplied to an oil container (10) via a return pipe (L3), the filtering apparatus (30) has: a ceramic filter (34) disposed inside a housing (31); a first ultrasonic vibrator (35) and a second ultrasonic vibrator (36) respectively mounted on an upper head part (32) and a lower head part (33) of the housing (31); a ceramic filter (34) disposed between the first ultrasonic vibrator (35) and second ultrasonic vibrator (36); a first spring (38) disposed between the first ultrasonic vibrator (35) and ceramic filter (34); and a second spring (39) disposed between the second ultrasonic vibrator (36) and ceramic filter (34).
