Abstract:
A frying and baking machine with improved handle structure is provided. The frying and baking machine comprises an upper shell (10), a lower shell (20), an upper baking plate (30) and a lower baking plate (40). The front portion of the lower baking plate (40) and that of the upper baking plate (30) are matched in shape and overlapped with each other. The upper shell (10) is equipped on the upper baking plate (30) and installed together with the upper baking plate (30). A handle (15) is formed at the front end of the upper shell (10), and at least two front baffle plates (12, 13) extending downward are formed near the front end of the upper shell (10). One bar recess (14) with one downward opening is spaced between every two adjacent front baffle plates (12, 13). The front baffle plate (12) at the rearmost end is wrapped on the outer side of the front end of the upper baking plate (30). The frying and baking machine is provided with the front baffle plates (12, 13) and the bar recesses (14), so as to reduce heat transferring and protect hands from scald.
