A frying and roasting device (1) convenient to adjust temperature includes a lower roasting disk (2) and an upper roasting disk (3) connected with the lower roasting disk (2) in a turnover manner. A first electrical heating tube (31) is embedded in the upper roasting disk (3), and a second electrical heating tube (21) is embedded in the lower roasting disk (2). The frying and roasting device (1) also includes temperature controllers for adjusting the temperatures of the first and second electrical heating tubes (31, 21). The temperature controllers comprises a first temperature controller (32) for controlling the temperature of the first electrical heating tube (31) and a second temperature controller (22) for controlling the temperature of the second electrical heating tube (21). Each electrical heating tube (31, 21) is controlled by different temperature controller (32, 22), respectively. Each temperature controller (32, 22) effectively adjusts the temperatures of the upper and lower roasting disks (3, 2) by adjusting knobs (41, 42) or selecting buttons (51, 52). Thus, the frying and roasting device fries and roasts food with different flavors.
