Abstract:
The present invention relates to a frying tank having a thermoelectric generation device and, more specifically, to a frying tank having a thermoelectric generation device, which has a thermoelectric module provided in the lower part of the frying tank so as to utilize heat generated in the frying tank to generate electricity and deliver same to the outside. The present invention invented to resolve a technical issue comprises: a frying tank which has an open top to form an internal space and accommodates oil at a high temperature in the internal space so as to allow cooking by frying; a heating part joined to the bottom surface of the frying tank, for receiving heat from the outside of the frying tank; a cooing part provided at the lower part of the frying tank and having a plurality of tubes which are formed in an internal space surrounded by a cooling plate and allow a fluid at a low temperature to pass; and a thermoelectric module provided between the heating part and the cooling part, for generating electricity by means of a temperature difference between the heat of the heating part and the cooling part and providing the electricity to the outside.
