Abstract:
In the present invention, an event is classified into either of a failure of hardware or a failure of a system or a control system. If the event is classified into a failure of hardware, the event is deployed to a low-level event, physical quantities of the event and the low-level event are acquired, and on the basis of the relationship between the physical quantity of the event and the physical quantity of the low-level event, a verification is made regarding whether the deployment of the event has been correctly performed. If the event is classified into a failure of a system or a control system, a block diagram for the system or the control system is created, and on the basis of input/output relationships in the block diagram for the system or the control system, the event is deployed to a low-level event.
