Abstract:
A fuel cell, a lithium ion secondary cell, a wiring board on which a control circuit or the like is mounted, a light-emitting diode and the like are stored in a casing (1). The bottom surface of the casing (1) is covered with a bottom plate (4). In the bottom plate (4), a plurality of air intake vents (5) are formed in order to supply air to the fuel cell. In the peripheral surface of the casing (1), two USB ports (6a and 6b) are provided. In the upper portion of the peripheral surface of the casing (1), a large number of air exhaust vents (10) are formed. A gas in the casing (1) is discharged to outside through the air exhaust vents (10). Furthermore, the light of the LED provided in the casing (1) illuminates a fuel cartridge (2), whereby confirmation of the positional of the fluid surface in the fuel cartridge (2), that is, confirmation of the residual amount of the fuel can be easily attained.
