Abstract:
This cell stack device (100) is provided with a manifold (2) and a fuel cell (10). The manifold (2) has a gas supply chamber (21) and a gas recovery chamber (22). The fuel cell (10) has a supporting substrate (4) and an electric power generation element part. The supporting substrate (4) has first and second gas flow paths (41, 42). The first gas flow path (41) is in communication with the gas supply chamber (21); and the second gas flow path (42) is in communication with the gas recovery chamber (22). The first gas flow path (41) opens to the inside of the gas supply chamber (21) at a proximal end (411). The second gas flow path (42) opens to the inside of the gas recovery chamber (22) at a proximal end (421). The first and second gas flow paths (41, 42) are in communication with each other at distal ends (412, 422). The first and second gas flow paths (41, 42) are configured such that the pressure loss of a gas in the first gas flow path (41) is lower than the pressure loss of a gas in the second gas flow path (42).
