Abstract:
An assessment is made as to whether a fuel cell system having a fuel cell is in low-temperature-start operation or normal-running operation, and when it is assessed that said system is in low-temperature-start operation, recovery control is executed for increasing the concentration gradient of water in an electrolyte film of the fuel cell to be greater than that of normal-running operation.
