Abstract:
Provided is a fuel cell system (310) comprising: a fuel cell (313); a turbocharger (411); an oxidizing gas supply line (331) that supplies, to an air electrode (113), an oxidizing gas compressed by a compressor (421); a fuel gas line (341) that supplies fuel gas (L1) to a fuel electrode (109); an activation heater (458) that heats the oxidizing gas; a blow valve (445) disposed on an oxidizing gas blow line (444) connected to the oxidizing gas supply line (331); and a control device (20) that controls a control valve (342) and the blow valve (445) so as to set the blow valve (445) to an open state when starting the supply of the fuel gas (L1) to the fuel electrode (109), and to switch the blow valve (445) to a closed state in accordance with a power generation chamber of the fuel cell (313) entering a prescribed heating state due to oxidizing gas (A2) heated by the activation heater (458).
