Abstract:
When there are a plurality of devices which cause a power loss, it is possible to drive a motor while suppressing the power loss of the entire system. Provided is a fuel cell system including: an inverter (14) connected to the motor (15); a first converter (11) connected between a fuel cell (10) and the inverter (14) so as to set an output voltage (Vfc) of the fuel cell (10); a second converter (12) connected between an accumulation device (13) and the inverter (14) so as to set an input voltage (Vin) of the inverter (14); and a control device (20) for controlling the first converter (11) and the second converter (12). The operation conditions (torque, rpm) required of the motor (15) decide an inverter input voltage which minimizes the power loss of at least one of the following: the motor (15), the first converter (11), the second converter (12), and the inverter (14), and outputs the input voltage as the necessary inverter voltage (Vin).
