The present invention makes it possible to appropriately control fuel injection by a fuel injection device. A fuel injection control device 127 with which a fuel injection device can move a valve body according to a first stroke such that the maximum stroke amount is a first amount, and can move the valve body according to a second stroke such that the maximum stroke amount is a second amount smaller than the first amount, said fuel injection control device 127 comprising: a stroke selection unit 202d that, when the fuel injection device is made to inject an amount of fuel that can be injected by moving the valve body according to the first stroke or the second stroke, selects the first stroke or the second stroke on the basis of information on fuel injection by the fuel injection device and/or information on the state of an internal combustion engine equipped with the fuel injection device; and a pulse signal calculation unit 202a and a drive waveform command unit 202b that make the valve body move according to the selected stroke.
