Abstract:
This fuel pump module comprises: an approximately cylindrical module case 2 having an opening 3; a module cover occluding the opening 3; a pump body disposed in the interior of the module case 2; a feed line for delivering fuel to the exterior of the module case 2; a passage block 23 disposed in a location facing the module-case 2 interior of the module cover; and a pressure regulating valve 26. The passage block 23 includes: a connecting passage connecting a pump discharge port and the feed line; and a branch passage 31 that branches from the connecting passage. The pressure regulating valve 26: is mounted in the branch passage 31 of the passage block 23; and returns excess fuel inside the connecting passage to the interior of the module case 2.
