Abstract:
A high-quality fuel rail for a high-pressure direct injection internal combustion engine, the fuel rail being configured such that an injector holder and a fixing bracket are directly mounted to a rail body, wherein, even if temporary fixation and brazing of the rail during mounting thereof causes thermal deformation, the positional accuracy of the injection holder can be maintained at a high level to maintain sealing ability at a high level. A fuel rail for a high-pressure direct injection internal combustion engine, having constituting parts which consist of steel or stainless steel and are brazed together, wherein the constituting parts brazed together are finished, after the brazing, by cutting and/or vanishing.
