Abstract:
This fuel supply device comprises: a sub-tank (20) for storing fuel; a suction filter (30) positioned along the bottom (20a) of the sub-tank (20) and for filtering fuel; a fuel pump that intakes fuel filtered by the suction filter (30), a pressure regulator (50) that is positioned outside the sub-tank (20) and that regulates the pressure of fuel in the pressure adjustment path, discharged from the fuel pump and supplied outside the fuel tank; and a fuel recovery path (70) that recovers excess fuel from the pressure adjustment path to the sub-tank (20). The sub-tank (20) has an opening (26) that opens to the outside of the sub-tank (20), at a position higher than the suction filter (30). The fuel recovery path (70) has an excess fuel outlet (76) through which is discharged excess fuel into the inside of the sub-tank (20) from the opening (26), by being inserted from the outside of the sub-tank (20) with a gap (26a) from the opening (26).
