Abstract:
Provided is a fuel supply device comprising: a vapor separator (34) that performs gas-liquid separation of fuel that is sucked up by a low-pressure fuel pump (33); a fuel filter (50) that filters the fuel that has been subjected to gas-liquid separation by the vapor separator (34); an inline high-pressure fuel pump (36) that comprises an inlet (36a) into which the fuel that is filtered by the fuel filter (50) flows, said inlet (36a) being positioned lower than the fuel liquid surface of the vapor separator (34), and that pumps the fuel that flows in from the outlet (36a) from an outlet (36b); a fuel injector (38) that injects the fuel that is pumped by the high-pressure fuel pump (36) toward the interior of an engine (13); and a fuel path that connects the vapor separator (34) to the inlet (36a) of the high-pressure fuel pump (36) via an area that is lower than the inlet (36a) of the high-pressure fuel pump (36). The fuel filter (50) is arranged in the lowest section of the fuel path.
