Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a fuel tank affixing structure for a construction machine, the fuel tank affixing structure being capable of stably affixing a fuel tank on the vehicle body without requiring a belt. [Solution] The present invention comprises, in order to affix, for example, a synthetic resin fuel tank (11) to the rotating frame (2a) of the rotating body (2) of a compact shovel: an upstanding member including a support member (17) which is affixed in an upstanding position to the rotating frame (2a), a steel hydraulic oil tank (10), and a steel affixation bracket (14); and a holder, such as a holding bracket (13), connected to the upstanding member and holding a fuel supply opening (11a) provided to the fuel tank (11). The present invention is configured in such a manner that a hole (13a1) formed in the flat plate section (13a) of the holding bracket (13) has fitted therein a bushing (15), the supply opening (11a) of the fuel tank (11) is inserted in the hole (15a) of the bushing (15), and the supply opening (11a) of the fuel tank (11) is held by the holding bracket (13) through the bushing (15).
