Abstract:
This fuel tank cap is provided with a flange unit (22) that closes the opening of the fuel tank, and a joint member that is coupled to the flange unit (22) such that said member is movable in the vertical direction. Two side cylinder portions (43) extending in the vertical direction are formed side-by-side on the flange unit (22). Support column portions (160) extending in the vertical direction are formed on the joint member. The support column portions (160) are inserted within the side cylinder portions (43) in a manner movable in the vertical direction. Mutually facing sections of the side cylinder portions (43) are connected together via the back-side wall (42b) and front-side wall (42c) of a center cylinder portion (42).
