Abstract:

A fuel introduction member (42a) is connected to an open end (34a) of a siphon tube (34) which constitutes a part of a fuel tank (10). The fuel introduction member (42a) is provided with an opening (50) through which a fuel is introduced from the tank into the siphon tube (34) and from the siphon (34) into the tank, a lid portion (56) which is swung by the hydraulic pressure from the siphon tube (34) so as to open the opening (50), and a float member (70) which floats on the fuel in accordance with the rise of a fuel liquid surface in the tank to displace the lid portion (56) in order to open the opening (50).
