A full-angle bulb lamp and a manufacturing method therefor. The full-angle bulb lamp comprises a lamp holder (1), a base (2), an aluminum substrate (3), a lamp body (4) and a lampshade (5) all sequentially connected as a whole. A reflecting cover (6) capable of being flexibly deformed and being restored is disposed on the aluminum substrate (3). The reflecting cover (6) consists of a bottom cylinder (61) and a cone (62) integrally formed on the upper part of the bottom cylinder (61). The outer diameter of the reflecting cover (6) is greater than the inner diameter of the lampshade (5) fitted to a socket end of the lamp body (4). The manufacturing method for the full-angle bulb lamp comprises: before the lampshade (5) is fastened to the lamp body (4), placing the reflecting cover (6) into the lampshade (5) by means of extrusion deformation, and driving a screw into a screw hole (612) symmetrically provided with lugs (611) on the bottom end of the bottom cylinder (61) and a screw hole (31) formed at a corresponding position of the aluminum substrate (3), so as to fix the reflecting cover (6) to the aluminum substrate (3), the reflecting cover (6) being restored to the initial state by means of its elasticity.
