Abstract:
A full-automatic anti-curling laminator, comprising a housing (1). A mounting recess (2) is formed at the upper end of the housing (1). Two support plates (3) are fixedly connected to the upper end of the housing (1). An unwinding roller (4) is disposed on the two support plates (3). Movement slots (18) are formed in the left side and the right side of the housing (1). Threaded rods (20) are rotatably connected to the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of each of the two movement slots (18). Guide rods (19) are fixedly connected to the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of each of the two movement slots (18). Movement blocks (21) are threadedly connected to the two threaded rods (20). The two guide rods (19) respectively penetrate through the corresponding movement blocks (21). A laminating roller (7) is rotatably connected between the two movement blocks (21). The laminator can first heat a film and the upper side of an object to be laminated, to prevent curling of the film due to different temperatures of the film and the upper side of said object. In addition, the height of the laminating roller can be rapidly adjusted by means of an operation assembly, such that the laminator is applicable to laminating of objects having different thicknesses.
