Abstract:
A full-automatic cotton feeder has a stepless speed variable motor (9) and a belt pulley (4) on the casing. There are cotton feeding rollers (3, 8), stripping rollers (2) and cotton maintenance roller (7) from the top down in the machine (1). The motor drives the cotton feeding roller (3) by chain drive, then drives the cotton maintenance roller (7) by gear drive. The belt pulley, which connected with the belt pulley of the output shaft of the cotton gin, is mounted together with the cotton maintenance roller. The cotton maintenance roller (7) drives the stripping rollers (2) by chain-chain wheel-chain transmission. The two parallel stripping rollers (2) rotate in opposite direction to uniformly strip the seed cotton from the cotton feeding rollers.
