Abstract:
A full-automatic light guide plate polishing machine, comprising a workbench as well as a locating device (1), a polishing device (2), and a reclaiming device (3) disposed on the workbench. The workbench is mounted with at least one rotary platform for fixing a light guide plate; the rotary platform is connected to a rotation driving mechanism for driving the rotary platform to rotate horizontally; the workbench is further mounted with an X-axis driving mechanism capable of driving the rotary platform to reciprocate along the X-axis direction and a Y-axis driving mechanism capable of driving the rotary platform to reciprocate along the Y-axis direction; a control system is further provided. The full-automatic light guide plate polishing machine adopts a full-automatic operation mode, where all mechanisms can automatically return, so that the labor costs are saved and the efficiency is improved; in addition, by using first and second locating mechanisms (10, 20) in concert, reference locating is formed on one surface, which is located by using the first locating mechanism (10) or a locating plate, in two opposite side surfaces of the light guide plate, and buffer compensation type locating is formed on the other surface where the second locating mechanism (20) is used, thereby achieving accurate locating of the light guide plate in a polishing process.
