Abstract:
A full-automatic modal impact hammer for an experimental modal test: an inner core of the modal impact hammer comprises an inner housing (2) as well as a force measuring mechanism, a distance measuring mechanism, and a force adjusting mechanism mounted in the inner housing; the inner housing is integrally embedded in an outer housing (1); a handle is fixedly mounted below and outside the outer housing; a wrench mechanism is mounted between the handle and the force adjusting mechanism; the wrench mechanism penetrates through the outer housing and the inner housing and is then clamped with the force adjusting mechanism. A test method for the full-automatic modal impact hammer for the experimental modal test, comprising: adjusting force application, an impact point, and the distance between an ejector pin (7) and a counterweight cap according to an actual situation and an object to be tested; adjusting a pulsed impact force; pulling a trigger structure to eject the inner core; releasing the trigger (11) to retract the inner core; viewing an excitation signal by means of a computer. The full-automatic modal impact hammer is easy to operate, and solves the problem that an existing modal impact hammer excessively requires that a user should stably hold the hammer for impact, an impact point should be accurate, double impact should be easy, and the impact point should not slip on a test piece, so that the difficulty of using the modal impact hammer is greatly reduced, it is easy to master operation points, and the test accuracy and test efficiency of modal parameters are improved.
