Abstract:
A full-automatic multifunctional bamboo cutting and stump crushing machine, comprising a cabinet frame (1). A bamboo clamp (7) is mounted at the upper half of the cabinet frame (1); a chain saw (5) is provided in the middle of the cabinet frame (1); the chain saw (5) is driven by a first hydraulic motor (4) to rotate to saw off bamboo poles into sections; a bamboo cutter (2) for cutting off the root of a bamboo pole is mounted at the bottom half of the cabinet frame (1); a bamboo crushing drill bit (10) is mounted on one side of the cabinet frame (1); the bamboo crushing drill bit (10) is driven by a second hydraulic motor (11) to rotate to crush a bamboo stump; and the bamboo clamp (7), the first hydraulic motor (4), the bamboo cutter (2), and the second hydraulic motor (11) are respectively driven by driving devices. By means of full-automatic operation, the bamboo root can be cut off at one time, and the bamboo pole is sawed off into two sections at the same time; the tip section is removed and placed aside separately, and the bamboo pole is placed at the other side; the bamboo stump is crushed; loading can also be implemented by the full-automatic multifunctional bamboo cutting and stump crushing machine, so that four processes for manual bamboo harvesting can be completed at one time.
