Abstract:

A full-automatic numerically controlled molding apparatus, comprising a charging and discharging device (1) and a molding machine (2). The charging and discharging device (1) comprises a rack (11), a feeding and fetching mechanism (12) mounted on the rack (11), a first tray disposing mechanism (13) and a second tray disposing mechanism (14). The molding machine (2) comprises a machine (21), a clamping device (22) disposed on the machine (21), a first molding processing device (23), a second molding processing device (24) and a waste grabbing device (25). The second molding processing device (24) is located at the downstream of the first molding processing device (23), and the waste grabbing device (25) is located at the downstream of the second molding processing grabbing device (24). The apparatus can automatically mold the outer frame of a workpiece and automatically process profile holes in the workpiece, realizes multi-machine control by one worker, improves production efficiency, is particularly suitable for the automatic molding process of mobile phone rear covers, and achieves continuous, automatic and intelligent processing of mobile phone rear covers.
