Claims:
CLAIMS

1. This invention is a full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine, characterized in that; it consists of color reading sensor, color selection keys, material selection keys, material detection sensor, process selection keys, powder paint drawers, product drawers, alternate drawers, bleaching agent division-color fixation division, polisher division, water intake connection, water discharge connection, heater, warning screen, main board, clean up system, barrel, color approval comparison sensor and fan.

2. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine, characterized in that; it comprises the following operating principles;

- Placing the button to be painted in the product drawers or in the barrel,

- Selecting the color of the button to be painted by means of the color reading sensor or the color selection keys (white, blue etc.),

- Detecting the type of the button to be painted by means of the material selection keys or the material detection sensor (polyester, bio etc.),

- Receiving the water by means of the water intake connection and heating thereof by means of the heater,

- Adjusting the selected color according to the determined color from powder paint drawers,

- Starting painting process by means of the process selection keys,

- After completion of the painting process, transferring the water with paint into the water discharge connection,

- Upon demand (in case polished ones are desired), polishing the dried button in the polisher division by adding polisher therein,

- Gradual warning from the warning screen in terms of the product whose process is completed and giving process approval,

- Removing the buttons from the product drawers or barrels together with the approval.

3. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 2, characterized in that; according to an additional operating principle,

- In case the color of the buttons whose painting process are completed are not desired anymore/ are desired to be changed,

- Running the color of the buttons by taking thereof to the bleaching agent division.

4. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises the color reading sensor which performs color scanning function from a fabric or a similar material.

5. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises the color selection keys which performs programed color selection and color definition with pantone values.

6. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises the material selection keys which act for manual entrance process in determining the material of the button to be painted.

A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises the material selection sensor which acts for scanning and defining the material of the button to be painted. 8. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises process selection keys which act for managing the issues such as the selection of the desired process, approval process. 9. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises the powder paint drawers which act as a chamber which keeps the required colors for mixing the color by means of taking with the digital scale tweezing method, at predetermined values from the color pigment according to the determined color.

10. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises the product drawers which act as a chamber in which the buttons are placed in order to be painted.

11. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises the alternate drawers which act as a chamber that can be in various heights in order to obtain a sample with the button color or obtain lesser product.

A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises the bleaching agent division-color fixation division which acts as a chamber that is used for running the paint on the buttons when it is desired to repaint the buttons or for fixing the color (by using chemicals).

A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises the polisher division which acts as a chamber in which the polishing process is made when required after the processes such as painting, rinsing, drying etc. are completed.

14. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises the water intake connection, water discharge connection which acts for enabling inlet and outlet of the water.

15. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises the heater which functions for heating the water.

16. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises the warning screen which acts for informing any kind of process follow up by means of warnings. 17. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises the main board which is a technical structure that can direct the whole working principle.

18. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises the cleanup system enables the water with paint to be purified after the painting process and to be transferred in the water discharge connection.

A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises the barrel which is covered with silicone with a perforated structure, absorbs impact, and enables selection for painting many buttons according to the painting preference instead of the drawers. 20. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; the color approval comparison sensor which enables to show the completion of the painting process of the device by means of approval. 21. A full automatic water-based button and accessory painting machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprise the fan which enables to blow pressurized air in order to mix the buttons by means of rotating the circular barrel after the buttons or accessories to be painted are placed in the barrel and the barrel is closed, also enables to dry thereof when the water is discharged and the rinsing process is performed after the painting process.

FULL AUTOMATIC WATER-BASED BUTTON AND ACCESSORY PAINTING

MACHINE

TECHNICAL FIELD

This invention relates to a full automatic water-based button and accessory panting machine to be used in painting the button and accessories manufactured from polyester, bio, plastic, coroso, coconut, mother of pearl, boxwood in the production of textile accessories.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

As it is well known, the button is a means which provides to join the separate and open parts of our belongings and cloths, provides closing the intermediate gaps of the cloths such that the separate parts are deemed as an integral part. Today buttons are also used as accessories in addition to their usage for joining two ends in different manners.

There are currently many types of buttons. These are used for not only closing textile materials/products such as dress, skirt, shirt etc., but also appeal to the eye with their colors, structures and forms without any functionality. The buttons which are manufactured from various materials are in our lives during many years. Its availability increases with the developing technology.

Together with the developments in the technology, the production of the buttons from various raw materials becomes available. Besides the buttons made of coroso, horn, mother of pearl, wood, coconut, bone, urea, ABS-plastic, leather, polyester-bar, imitation mother of pearl, imitation leather, metal substances, there are also waste bio buttons in the market. The button types to be used in the textile sector can vary according to the material to be produced. The buttons can have the required model and colors. The most widespread method for coloring the buttons is to paint the polyester in raw form or paint thereof subsequently. Polyester is obtained by cooking chemicals such as maleic, phthalic, adipic, propyl glycol and styrene etc. within a reactor at 200 centigrade degrees. Polyester which has transparent water form is colored with the desired button color pigments. The colored polyester is poured into cylinders or tubular pipes after adding cobalt and chemicals in order to provide its gelation. The poured polyester in liquid form disperses in the cylinder equally by centrifugal force. Approximately after 30 minutes, it is taken out of the cylinder in a frozen plate form. The obtained plates are cut in a circular manner with a machine named as the bumping blade in required length and size before it becomes fully rigid. The real color succeeds in the highest quality color toning only at the beginning of the production by means of the raw material painting. However in the raw material painting, because it is obliged to order a cast for each color, it creates additional cost for the customers therefore it is not preferred and it can only be taken into consideration in large orders. Therefore it is ordered in white color then it is colored according to the requirements of the customer with a subsequent painting. Today painting process is performed by mixing the paint by rule of thumb with the hot water by heating the water manually with man power, by adding the buttons or other accessories to be painted into the boiling mixture/colored water and by mixing in a continuous manner (in order to prevent the buttons adhering to each other and causing marks).

In an already available method; the painting process was performed by means of mixing the paint within the current machines according to the color mix percentages and performing the spraying, boiling within the water with paint, immersion and retaining after the color is obtained externally. However this technology is not widespread in the sector, color creating/preparing systems in an electronic environment are only used in large scale textile- fabric factories. This system is not available in the Textile Accessories production sector. In the button production sector, especially in the polyester products, because white products are particularly preferred in the textile sector except the originally painted materials namely the color of the raw material, this painting method is particularly required. Because in this field, number of actively working professionals is low, the percentage for bringing the color adjustment in a standard form is low, the painting process can be extended based on the psychological and physical tiredness of the master painter and thus waste of time are the disadvantages. In order to eliminate these disadvantages, this machine is developed. Our invention not only facilitates this process in the production of textile accessories but also facilitates the work of the producer in accessory sales (wholesale-retail) stores and in ready-made clothing industry. Together with our invention, the producer can paint the accessories with the desired colors at their own factories so that they can be able to save time and also can be able to make rapid product transfer to their customers/sales points by making the production faster. This feature will also be advantageous in exportation both to the manufacturer and to our country.

Our invention can also be used in painting the accessories and byproducts used in the textile sector in addition to the button. These accessories and byproducts are zip fastener, belt buckle, snap fastener etc.

In this invention the painting process is totally made by means of the machine. Only placing the product to be painted within the drawer and programming/determining the color is required. After the product is placed to the machine, it is received as soon as possible (maximum 10-15 minutes) in a manner such that it is painted, rinsed, fried and optionally polished. The invention shows these processes digitally graded and warns the user when the process is completed. This invention can make 5 color painting, 1 main/multi units 5.000- 10.000-20.000 products and 4 samples/less units 100-500-1000 products at the same time.

This invention will be connected to the water installation (since it takes the water in cold form and heats it), purification assembly and sewerage system. The device will perform its heating characteristic by means of the natural gas or electric in a selective manner. It will have A plus saving characteristic thus water-electric and gas waste will be minimized. Since it is suitable for the water based painting system; the device has water intake and heating the water at appropriate boiling point, water discharge, rinsing and drying features. The device at the same time has the feature of polishing the button.

This invention has a color detection/definition system. The scanning display (color reader) located on the control panes scans the fabric that is placed thereon detects/defines the color and within the frame of this definition, creates the color by taking appropriate amounts of the paint from the paint panel. In case the fabric is not available, the manual color definition feature will be available in this product (among defined color selections from pantone catalog). When we hold the product to be painted on the scanning display (material detection sensor), it will have the detection characteristic. The button material types that can be painted by the present invention are; polyester, plastic, organic, wood, mother of pearl, coroso and coconut and bio button and all other accessory types. Standard colors will be defined in the product and they will be listed in the options panel in a manner such that they can be selected manually. These colors are black, dark blue, fuchsia, brown, green, red, yellow, blue, purple etc. The defined colors shall be defined according to the determined annual colors catalog and the color selections of the trendsetters each year (pantone catalog). The device has the feature of making definition by means of entering the color codes in the pantone catalog.

In the invention, in case a problem occurs in terms of the color of the button, when a wrong color definition occurs or a color change is required, then the painted product is bleached by means of the bleacher placed within the bleaching agent division by the user and is neutralized and can be repainted.

Since our invention at the same time will perform the painting process in a rapid manner with this system, waste of time will not be experienced. The completion of the painting process is performed by the approval of the color control and comparison sensor present within the machine. The approved colors will not be influenced from high temperature during ironing process (the products except polyester) and will not color the fabric by means of fixing by the color fixation system. The product will not influence from the sunlight together with this characteristic and thus it will not fade during long term. The product will be prepared as a built in/independent module with a big and small boiler. It will be easily mounted to anywhere due to its size. Since it only requires programming, the employed personnel will be able to follow other works and there will be no need to employ an additional employee for this process. Since this invention saves from time, energy and water, it will accelerate the services within the sector; also it will not cause environmental pollution because the waste water is recycled after purification. Our invention is an environmentally friendly product together with these characteristics. Since the color definition is made by means of computer (by entering the pantone values), color adjustment problem will not be seen, color adjustment in repeated paintings will not be a problem, color lose will not be experienced in the product, thus a color standard will be maintained. The unique color of the customer (special color)/fabric is defined by means of scanning on the scanner display and the process will be completed within maximum 10 minutes in an unproblematic manner. Thus this will prevent waste of time.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Said invention is a full automatic water-based button painting machine; consists of the color reading sensor, the color selection keys, the material selection keys, the material detection sensor, the process selection keys, the powder paint drawers, the product drawers, the alternate drawers, the bleaching agent division-color fixation division, the polisher division, the water intake connection, the water discharge connection, heater, the warning screen, the main board, the cleanup system, the barrel, the color approval comparison sensor and the fan.

In said invention, the color reading sensor acts for color scanning of a fabric or a similar material.

In said invention, the color selection keys make color determination by means of programmed color selection and pantone values.

In said invention, the material selection keys act for manual entrance function for determining the button material to be painted.

In said invention, the material detection sensor acts for scanning and defining the material in terms of determining the button to be painted. In said invention, the process selection keys act for managing issues such as the selection of the desired process, approval process.

- Placing the button to be painted in the product drawers or in the barrel,

- Selecting the color of the button to be painted by means of the color reading sensor or the color selection keys (white, blue etc.),

- Detecting the type of the button to be painted by means of the material selection keys or the material detection sensor (polyester, bio etc.),

- Receiving the water by means of the water intake connection and heating thereof by means of the heater,

- Adjusting the selected color according to the determined color from powder paint drawers,

- Starting painting process by means of the process selection keys,

- After completion of the painting process, transferring the water with paint into the water discharge connection,

- Upon demand (in case polished ones are desired), polishing the dried button in the polisher division by adding polisher therein,

- Gradual warning from the warning screen in terms of the product whose process is completed and giving process approval,

- Showing completion of the process with the approval of the device by means of the color approval comparison sensor,

- Removing the buttons from the product drawers or barrels together with the approval.

Said invention operates in the following manner according to an additional operating principle together with the above references; - In case the color of the buttons whose painting process are completed are not desired anymore/ are desired to be changed,

- Running the color of the buttons by taking thereof to the bleaching agent division.

Since said invention only requires programming, the employed personnel will be able to follow other works and there will be no need to employ an additional employee for this process. Since it will save from time, energy and water, it will accelerate the services within the sector. There will be no color adjustment problem because the color definition is made by means of the computer (by entering the pantone values), there will be no color adjustment problem in repainting processes, and thus no color losses will be seen in the products. The environmental pollution will not occur and no harm will be given to the human health.
