Abstract:
A full-composite-material airbag-type pressure tank and a fabrication method therefor. The pressure tank comprises an outer housing, an airbag (5), an air nozzle (7) and an elbow (1), wherein the outer housing comprises a liner (3) and glass fibers (4) arranged on the outer side of the liner (3), the liner (3) is made of a polyethylene (PE) material, and the liner (3) is formed with a first connecting port (6) and a second connecting port (9); the airbag (5) is located in an inner cavity of the liner (3), and is arranged at an interval from the inner wall of the liner (3), and the airbag (5) is made of a polyurethane material; the air nozzle (7) communicates with the airbag (5), and the air nozzle (7) is inserted and sealably fixed to the first connecting port (6); and the elbow (1) comprises a first end and a second end, the first end is connected to the second connection port (9) and communicates with the inner cavity of the liner (3), and the second end communicates with a system pipeline. The airbag-type pressure tank is pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant, which solves the problems of the outer housing corroding easily, the airbag being damaged easy, and a short service life. The fabrication process is simple.
