A full-direction illuminating standardized LED bulb lamp is composed of a lampshade (1), a lamp body (2), a driving circuit (3) and an LED light source plate (4). The driving circuit (3) and the LED light source plate (4) are mounted in the lamp body (2); the LED light source plate (4) is connected with the driving circuit (3); the lampshade (1) is arranged on the lamp body (2). A single-layer reflecting structure is also mounted on the LED light source plate (4); the single-layer reflecting structure is an annular reflecting panel (5) having the shape of low center and high periphery and provided with a central light-transmitting area (51). The luminous efficiency of the whole LED bulb lamp reaches 92%; the emitting angle thereof is greater than 300 degrees; the emitting light uniformity thereof is good; the light intensity distribution thereof meets the latest standard demand of Energy Star of the United States; furthermore, the structure thereof is simple; the manufacturing cost thereof is low under the demand of reaching the above standards.
