Abstract:
Disclosed are a full display screen and a display device using the full display screen. According to the full display screen, a chip-on film is bound to at least one of a pad (12) and a cell test pad (13) and is arranged in a notch (11), allowing a super narrow bottom border or even no border, and at the same time being able to meet the requirements of a cell lighting test for the super narrow bottom border of the full display screen and the yield of chip-on film binding.
