A full-drain/half-drain water replenishing control device, comprising a switching mechanism (1), an adjustment mechanism (2), and a pipeline mechanism (3). A drain valve (4) is provided with a button seat (41), an overflow pipe (42), a full-drain button (43), and a half-drain button (44); a mounting cavity (411) is provided in the button seat (41); both the switching mechanism (1) and the adjustment mechanism (2) are integrated in the mounting cavity (411); the switching mechanism (1) comprises a rotary switching member (11); the rotary switching member (11) can communicate with a full-drain water outlet pipe (32) or a half-drain water outlet pipe (33) separately when rotating; and the adjustment mechanism (2) comprises a full-drain adjustment knob (21) and a half-drain adjustment knob (22) used for adjusting the water replenishing flow. The drain valve (4) comprises the full-drain/half-drain water replenishing control device. The device can be provided in the drain valve (4), thereby saving the space, and the water replenishing flow can be directly adjusted on the drain valve (4), such that the use is convenient; and in addition, the water replenishing starting driving force is small, and the good operation feel is achieved.
