A full-emission-angle LED bulb and a manufacturing process thereof. The LED bulb comprises a lamp holder (1), a base (2), a lamp body (3) and a lampshade (4) that are sequentially connected, wherein the lamp body (3) comprises a base body (31) with a bottom longitudinal section in a drum shape, a truncated cone (32) in a central part, a polygonal body (34) at a top, a concave ring groove (352) molded on a joint part of the base body (31) and the truncated cone (32), a circular tube body (311) with a same diameter as a molding of the base body (31) and the truncated cone (32), and a wire groove (341) that is arranged at a bottom of the polygonal body (34) and communicated with the circular tube body (311). The manufacturing process comprises: mounting an LED driving part PCB (8) into the base (2); connecting the lamp holder (1) to the base (2) in a threaded way and using thermal adhesive to fill in space between the base (2) and the LED driving part PCB (8); mounting a stop ring (7) into an inside of the base (2) and the lamp body (3), penetrating a wire at a top of the LED driving part PCB (8) into the stop ring (7), leading out from a top of the lamp body (3), and then fixedly arranging the wire on a contact that is arranged on a top surface of an LED board (5); using screws (36) to connect the lamp body (3), the stop ring (7) and the base (2); covering the LED board (5) on each edge surface (53) of the lamp body (3); buckling a support (6) on the LED board (5); and buckling an end of the lampshade (4) with a buckle grove (331) in the concave ring groove (352) of the lamp body (3).
