A full steelmaking process simulation experiment system and a method. The experiment system comprises a converter/electric furnace steelmaking module, a secondary refining ladle module, a large ladle teeming module, an intermediate ladle module, and a crystallizer module. The intermediate ladle module comprises a glass container (1) made from a transparent organic glass plate, a water inlet pipe (2) used to add water to the glass container (1), a water outlet pipe (6) used to drain water from the glass container (1), a level gauge (11) disposed in the glass container (1) and used to measure a liquid level in the glass container (1), and an electric flow valve (3) installed on the water inlet pipe (2). The intermediate ladle module further comprises a liquid level controller (4) used to receive a measurement result of the level gauge (11), and control the electric flow valve (3) according to the measurement result, such that fluctuation of the liquid level in the glass container (1) is controlled to be within a range of ±0.5 mm.
