The present invention relates to a fullerene aryl polycarboxylic acid derivative and the use thereof in preventing coronavirus infections. Specifically provided are a compound represented by formula A: fullerene-RR1R2R3R4R5 Formula A, or a stereoisomer of the compound, a prodrug, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or a pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof. The compound or derivative thereof has wide application prospects in preventing coronavirus.
