Abstract:
Disclosed are a fullerene-containing aqueous solution having high water solubility, and
a method for producing such a fullerene-containing aqueous solution. Specifically disclosed
is a fullerene-containing aqueous solution which is composed of a fullerene
compound, water and a polymer containing, as components, a polyalkyleneglycol segment
having a group represented by the general formula [1] below and a first monomer
unit represented by the general formula [2'] below. Also specifically disclosed
is a method for producing such a fullerene-containing aqueous solution. [1]
(In the formula, q represents 2 or 3, and k represents an integer of 10-250.) [2']
(In the formula, R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having
1-3 carbon atoms; and R2' represents a basic group having an optionally
substituted ammonio group or an acidic group.)
