Abstract:

A fully automated deflashing machine comprising: a frame (1), a guide bracket (5), a feeding device (6) and a programmed controller box (7); wherein a product holder (2) and a gas cylinder holder (3) are affixed to the top of the frame (1), and a positioning slot (21) is provided inside the product holder (2), and a gas cylinder (4) is affixed to the gas cylinder holder (3); the guide bracket (5) is disposed on the frame (1) and is fixedly and synchronously connected to the output shaft of the gas cylinder (4), and an ejector pin retainer plate (51) and a punch pin retainer plate (52) are provided on the guide bracket (5), with an ejector pin (510) and a punch pin (520) affixed on the ejector pin retainer plate (51) and the punch pin retainer plate (52) respectively, the ejector pin (510) and the punch pin (520) are located on both sides of the product holder (2), and the ejector pin (510) and punch pin (520) perform a linear reciprocating movement under the action of the gas cylinder (4), and shuttle within the positioning slot (21) inside the product holder (2); a loading chute (62) is provided at the bottom of the feeding device (6), and the loading chute (62) is located above the positioning slot (21); a controller chip is provided inside the programmed controller box (7), and the controller chip controls the gas cylinder (4) to perform the reciprocating movements. The fully automated deflashing machine performs the entire production process through automated machinery with high efficiency and low cost.
