Abstract:
A fully-automated mattress spring frame manufacturing apparatus comprises a base frame (1), a bending device (9) provided on an outer side of the base frame, and a wire straightening and feeding device, a steel wire guide rail mechanism (3), and a welding mechanism (7) provided on the base frame. The welding mechanism comprises a fixed welding portion and a mobile welding portion moving relative to the fixed welding portion. An output end of the wire straightening and feeding device is connected to one end of the steel wire guide rail mechanism, and the other end of the steel wire guide rail mechanism is connected to the fixed welding portion. An outer side of the wire straightening and feeding device is provided with a first translation mechanism (6) for moving steel wire to the mobile welding portion. A second translation mechanism is provided above the base frame, and the second translation mechanism moves a welded steel wire loop to the bending device. The invention also pertains to a fully-automated mattress spring frame manufacturing method. An apparatus is used to straighten steel wire, cut the same to a fixed length, weld the same to form a steel wire loop, and bend the steel wire loop according to a fixed length to form a mattress steel wire frame. The apparatus has a small footprint, and independently manufactures mattress steel wire frames by means of a one-pass process, thereby greatly improving productivity.
