Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of camellia oil processing, and in particular to a fully automatic apparatus for peeling, screening and cold pressing of Camellia oleifera seeds. The apparatus comprises a Camellia oleifera seed drying chamber, a seed coat removal chamber, a screening chamber and a pressing chamber, wherein the Camellia oleifera seed drying chamber, the seed coat removal chamber, the screening chamber and the pressing chamber are sequentially arranged in a casing from top to bottom; the top of the casing is in the form of an opening; the bottom of the casing is provided with a sloping bottom plate at a position corresponding to the pressing chamber; one side of the bottom of the casing is provided with an oil outlet at a position corresponding to the downwardly sloping end of the sloping bottom plate; a blower is mounted on one side of the casing, and a ventilation opening is correspondingly formed in another side thereof; and a waste collection mechanism is provided at the ventilation opening. The drying chamber, the seed coat removal chamber, the screening chamber and the pressing chamber are arranged in one apparatus, so that the apparatus can implement four steps, which are the four most basic and continuous steps to realize cold pressing of camellia oil, without the need of a conveying chain or labor operation for the connection of the four steps, which greatly improves the efficiency, reduces the pressing cost of primary cold-pressed camellia oil, and is suitable for a low-cost and low-labor production environment.
